Our Staff Co-owner, Susan Boswell, has an A.B.J. (Bachelor of Arts in Journalism) degree from the University of Georgia, in Telecommunication Arts, and certification as a Master of Written English by Brainbench skills assessment service with no weak areas noted. She began her career in business communications in 1991. Since that time, she has been employed in the documentation and marketing departments of two Atlanta-based manufacturing companies. Her duties in those positions included producing user manuals, video scripts, product tutorials, posters, and brochures. As a freelance writer, she developed training materials for volunteers for the 1996 Olympic Games, held in Atlanta, and designed the interior page layout for Memories from the Marshes of Glynn: World War II (www.marshesofglynn.com). Co-owner, Alan Boswell, has an E.E. (Electronics Engineering) degree from DeVry Institute of Technology, in Decatur, Georgia. Alan began his career engineering videoconference systems, and then progressed to software development in 1994. Alan brings a unique skill to programming in that he knows computer operations from both the hardware and software perspectives.
